Hacking Can't get Gamecube games to play (Dios Mios 2.8, tried various launchers)

I recently tried to play gamecube games via this method: http://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-play-gamecube-games-off-a-usb-hdd.329628/

however, I haven't been able to get it to work.

when I use usb loader gx an error pops up that says something along the lines of "wrong config version, update loader"

when I use wiiflow, it just resets the wii

and when I use cfg, it stays on a black screen forever

I have poked around on the forums and nothing seems to provide a fix

help would be appreciated

That method is both old and wrong in the first place. You be wanting the latest version of Dios Mios, plus you also need to use wad manager to install BC-NUS-v6.wad (can be easily found on here), as the games simply won't work without it.
