Gaming What are you hoping for?

I've been using my vita alot lately, and thinking about all 3 Playstations, they have so many great games so I'm hoping the Vita will really make it within this year.

Yes, I know we are getting Borderlands Two and a few others, but here's what I'm awaiting:

-Definitely awaiting a GOOD Vita Harvest Moon title. When will they get back to making quality HM games such as Friends of Mineral Town or even Animal Parade (just fix the camera and controls a bit).

-I've heard tell that if X/X-2 HD sell well, that Final Fantasy XII HD could be a possible thing. (Too excited for my own good.)

-An original Final Fantasy that doesn't blow. Yeah, we have 1-9 on PSN and X/X-2 is out soon, but I want an FF that isn't XIII. XV actually looks fairly promising though I fear it won't be portable. Bravely Default was on the 3ds and I wish Vita could get a game like that. Or hell, even a new Tactics game!

So what is everyone else awaiting?
I honestly believe that the Vita can be an excellent competitor to the 3DS, we just need some cool titles.

Something Massively Multiplayer would be Nice make use of its Online Features a bit more......

Some better FPS Games and not just PORTS something original wouldn't hurt.......aahh Bioshock Vita where art thou???

I dont know other than that really. If this Playstation Now thing works out, it could really breathe some serious life into my vita. Not that there isnt lots of life in it now, but the idea of playing PS2 games or PS3 for that matter on a handheld it awesome to me.

Monster Hunter is coming I guess, not that I really care, huh.

Oh oh another Patapon would be nice, but I guess I should actually finish the first 3 before I get too greedy.

A Vita specific Dissidia might be too much to ask for but I'll ask anyways.

I've got a couple of games on my mind that I'd like to see on the PSVita and I know that their future development is a matter of the success (or lack of thereof) of current titles on the platform.

• I definitely would like to see a new Final Fantasy or a continuation of some of the older series, which is why I'm rooting for Final Fantasy X and X-II HD, even though I don't really fancy it that much.
• I'd also like to play a PSVita God of War game - I've never actually played a GoW game before, but I have played Dante's Inferno and a lot of GoW clones and I quite like the gameplay style - I'll have to play the catch-up game and get some GoW action sometime.
• I'd also definitely like to see a Monster Hunter title reach the PSVita shores, and I know there's one currently in the making (Monster Hunter Frontier HD), but I'm not sure if it'll be released in the west.
• I'm still waiting for English translations of Phantasy Star Online 2 - it's a shame that Phantasy Star Nova won't get translated, but I still hope for PSO2.
• I'd definitely like to see more portable shooters and more portable multiplayer games with PSN support - I know there have been several, but only KillZone: Mercenary and the upcoming Borderlands 2 meet the par, the console is capable of so, so much more in the action games department.
• Those dual analog sticks beg for more FPS'es and TPS'es, which is why I'm also hoping for another Uncharted game, the first one was quite a lot of fun.
• A sequel to Gravity Rush is in the works too, I'm quite excited for that.
• I'm quite disappointed that the studio that made WipeOut 2048 got closed - another game in the series would be great, I really enjoyed that game.
• Cancelling Warrior's Lair/Ruin was a disappointment, I'd love a Diablo-like on the PSVita and the ones it currently has leave quite a bit to be desired.

All in all, I suppose I just hope for more good games to come out, just like everybody else.

Honestly hoping to have internet fiber available in my small town, and that streaming business from SONY up and running for the whole Ps1,2,3 maybe 4 games on VITA through a monthly subscription, like Ps+ or merged to it.. I'm sure it can happen but will it, and when.. :o

On a lower range, just the release of Final Fantasy X / X-2 remaster incoming and waiting for a good price (about 20€) for the latest boxed Ys Memories of Celceta. Looking forward to the new Legend of Heroes too. And more successful indie games and obscure PsMobile fun from the PSN.

Anyway, Dissidia for the Vita would be nice, a Puzzle Quest, Burnout, and open world game would be neat. Considering large open worlds like TES or Fallout are usually something reserved for consoles, a Vita one would be a nice display of power.
