Download codes and Club Nintendo codes are different. Digital games dont come with Club Nintendo codes. By using a Download Code, Nintendo knows you have that game so they count is as registered, So digital forms of downloading a game don't come with Club Nintendo codes, but Nintendo may still reward you the coins. Which is another downfall of not buying a physical copy.

Its unsure by the ad id Download codes are sufficient.

Downloads have counted towards registrations in the past, but pre-installed games are spotty. If I recall, the Fire Emblem bundles didn't give points for a digital registration of Fire Emblem, but registering a Fire Emblem bundle counted towards the SMT IV/Fire Emblem promo. If you registered a code from an Animal Crossing system, you might be able to pester Nintendo into counting it as both the 3DS and the game for the purpose of the promo, but I wouldn't count on it, especially since it was a limited-edition bundle that's been generally out of stock for months.

sure, i just don't know if you get a club nintendo code for the game, in the 3ds box.
but sure, maybe not, since it is a digital version.

i have a different 3ds bundle thing, i will see if that one game with a code for the digital game.

By the way, it's frustrating that I registered two of those 6 games 2 years ago and for that reason I will need to borrow the code of a game as well... fucking Nintendo and their trolling promotions.
