Hacking Datel Powersaves now supports Pokemon X/Y

Is Powersaves only available to buy online or is it available in stores as well? Or, if it's not available in stores, will it be at some point?

I recommend amazon, got mine within a week of ordering from them.

I do have a question if anyone with the device can answer. Could I use different region games with my device? I've been using it on US games but can I do Japan region games or does that require an entirely different device?
