Gaming Mew or celebi in my pokemon x?

Can someone give me a Mew or Celebi in my Pokemon X game?

I don't have pokebank so I can't transfert my hacked pkm from gen 5 to 6.

If someone can do it for me, it would be very appreciated

What do you mean by too risky? As in thief? Or lose it in the process? I can have you hold three of my shiny 1st gen starters if you want while I try to clone? I have not gotten a chance to play them and still in the process for hunting more shinies, so thats why. No hard feelings though cause I understand how you feel.

You will be my #1 fan if you can help me, I've been looking for one, but I can't get a hold of any of the Japanese players. My only hope would be you.

Well, we can get to know eachother better? (No Homo). And yes, definitely will state that it's a cloned Mew. I hate to be a liar and never will.
