Gaming PokeBank and Hacked PKMN Question...

From what I know when I used Pokemon Bank: Illegal Moves do not pass, Event Meloetta's do not pass (This I don't know why tbh, it's legal), hacked EV Spreads (All 255 on each stat) do not pass. You can get Pokemon with Unused Hidden Abilities through, BUT you cannot use those Pokemon with their Unused Hidden Abilites online.

Well it's no surprise that hacked Pokemon can't be transferred, I mean that's a no brainer. Legal Hacks can probably get through though as seeing their within the boundaries of a legal Pokemon.(I can't confirm that, but I'm just saying it's highly likely.)
And "the site" did not come to that conclusion that hacked pokemon can't be transferred, it was some random person from tumblr. I would've believed him if he went into detail on what "problems" a person would have when attempting to transfer hacked Pokemon. And then he goes as far to say to put them all in a box and release them. Sorry if this is terribly worded, 24 hours no sleep.

Thanks guys. I have a few questions about this: I have some Hacked PKMN I got through Action Replay and those I got already had preset moves (Ex: Arceus with Judgement, Punishment), can I transfer those? What about ones from GTS spoofing sites? Another question, if I transfer one that PokeBank denies, would I get banned from Nintendo?

Am I in trouble for using Hacked PKMN? I never use them online. I believe cheating is ok, as long as it is done only single player side.

Don't be ridiculous, with the amount of people spreading these things, it's impossible for you to be banned.

Hacked Pokemon can be transferred if you used the encounter any Pokemon AR code in Black/White 1/2 and didn't edit their move sets or PID's. As for trading or using them online, some are banned (Like Meloetta, as someone else already said).

As long as you can legitimately obtain the move, without cheats, then it's fine.

No, never. Not unless you're using an unreleased Action Replay that works with 3DS games and you're cheating in online matches.

If your Pokemon can learn the move without the "Any Pokemon can learn any HM/TM" cheat, then it's legal.

It's funny that you used Fly on a Pikachu as an example of a messed up moveset because Fly on a Pikachu is actually possible lol.

such questions are more easily answered by going to bulbapedia and checking the available moves.

I'd say yes to both.

though i dont really like people wanting to bring hacked pokemon to x/y (doesnt matter that its 'legit'), the only checks seem to be for impossible attacks and impossible abilities and impossible stats. everything else passes unless its really terribly hacked.

They check PID's too, so you can't use a save editor on your PC and import 'Mons.

Just thought it was funny because I learned about it recently and it totally is what someone would say for that kind of example you made, but yea I believe it was a B/W event so it migt be possible to show one off on X or Y through Pokebank.

It doesn't generate correct ones. Try trading one of the computer generated Pokemon on Black/White 1/2, and see what I mean.
