Hacking Delivery time to Romania from nds-card

I ordered a r4i card for my dsi on 28/11/2013, and I was wondering about how much it takes to deliver to Romania ? I paid the extra for registered airmail, and on 2/12/13 it said that my order was proccesed, and left Hong Kong on 7/12/2013, but since then I have no info about it, and a friend of mine who ordered the same card from the same website got it 4 days ago (he is from UK, and he order it on the same day like me).

Give it another week or 2 before you should start worrying.

Post from China takes a long time.

Yup Dinoh's correct, but seeing as you paid for registered mail, weren't you supplied with a tracking number?

I got an tracking number, but on 7th this month my order left Hong Kong, and its still not in Romania.

Almost 3 weeks now since it left hong kong and still nothing about it... will I ever get it or I should order another one from somewhere else ?

Destination - Romania
The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 7-Dec-2013.

Mine took 2 months to come from china. I ordered a DSTwo from reallyhotstuff and it came the day before Christmas. It can take a while. After two months I would contact the seller. Also, the romanian mail service could have confiscated it, due to the fact that it is used for piracy.

After almost 2 months, I still didnt received my card. nds-card promised me a refund or a new card, but they still didnt gave me my refund or mailed a new card. Looks like I will never get my r4i card or my money back.

Should I wait a bit more for the refund or try contacting paypal about it ? 1 week ago they said that they are gonna give my money back but I still didnt received it...
