That problem is still not solved, plus a new problem has also occurred.
At certain times, both screens of my 3ds goes blue with a tiny text on the top like this:

I know it is a bootrom error.
Is there anyway to fix it without sending it to nintendo?

Actually some hacker might be interested in that? Maybe? That seems really weird I've never seen a blue screen 3DS. You might could try the 3DS Hacking forum, and see if anyone knows what that is or how to fix it. Anyways good luck I hope it works out for you.

since it is a bootrom error, by guess is that the shock from the drop fractured one or more solder balls under the NAND, and it loses connection intermediately.
DO NOT open it and DO call Nintendo for a repair. make sure you DO NOT tell them you dropped it and to tell them it started happening out of the blue.
you may get lucky and they will repair it free of charge, and if they do, it will extend the warranty a whole year.

^ That is probably your best bet. However, if they do refuse to fix it, you could probably attempt to open it up and fix it yourself if it's just something that has come loose.

if the solder balls under the NAND fractured in any way, only a reball will fix it. I have not heard of any component causing a bootrom error if the connection to the main board is loose or disconnected.

I would recommend for him to not open it and send it to someone capable of diagnosing and repairing it correctly with the right tools (as in someone who does actual reballing vs trying to reflow with a heat gun from (Insert Hardware store name here, that sells heat guns)

This looks like the same exact screen when you try to boot the 3DS without it's main nand chip. I guess the soldering of nand to the mobo has come loose, and the only way of fixing it is sending your 3DS off to the Nintendo Support.

Guess there isent any way but to send it to Nintendo huh?
I emailed them and they said it will cost $80.
I live very far away from the US, so it will cost nearly $60 shipping and return.
The total will be $140. You know I can get a brand new 3DS XL with that much price.
Common guys there has to be ANY way to fix it
I know some basic soldering skills but not much. :(

I'm sorry for your loss. I think, if you had the original box and receipt, you could return it to the store and say it got broken. Do you have game save data on the SD card? Because then you wouldn't deal with your loss of gameplay data as much.

You have to send it in for repair, there is no other way around this (unless you can exchange another unit at local store where you bought it).

Very strange for you to get a BSOD if you never attempted to hack 3DS.

In my country and most probably in the OP's, no one gives a fuck about customer service. And they don't accept returns either after a few days from purchase. What's even worse is that since Nintendo doesn't have an official presence here, there's no warranty for the hardware.

OP's only hope is to find an experienced hardware person and follow an online guide to disassembling the 3DS.

Cheapest thing to do at this point, IMO, is buy a new 3DS and sell the old one on eBay or something, stating what is wrong with it. You will probably get about half the value of a replacement DS back.

As far as repair, I am no kind of soldering, but it's almost impossible for anyone here to tell you exactly what to do. There is no real good way for us to know what damage, assuming you can visibly even see the damage, occurred from the drop.

3ds's are pretty solid machines and rarely break if dropped. it must of been a hell of a drop for it to dislodge something like the NAND on the motherboard. Are you sure your telling us the complete truth? sounds a bit sus if you ask me.
