Right now I have the choice of buying an used Zelda 3DS with ocarina of time 100% complete for €200,-. Or I could go to my local store and get a new Zelda 3DS XL for €220,-.

I already have a regular 3DS XL which I like to play on and I plan to collect more zelda Consoles/Handhelds from nintendo as I am a huge fan!

So at the end I will get both, but what would be the better deal at this moment?

Wouldn't it be better to take the regular Zelda 3DS one? Isn't it much rarer and hard to come by than the Zelda 3DSXL right now? :)

I got my Zelda 3DS XL gold as well almost a week ago and it is so nice. I had a normal 3DS laying around, but I just got rid of that since it is just not usable for me anymore, too small to hold and to look at the screen in 3D, especially compared to the XL experience. Got a good price for it as well.

If you were already aware of the Gateway/etc. and weren't considering picking one up, getting the 3DS XL for only $20 more is a far better deal.

If you have any intention to use flashcarts, you have a fair chance to get a low firmware on the Zelda 3DS (but do double-check if it wasn't updated!), if you don't then get the Zelda 3DS XL - it's probably the only "pretty" XL out there and it has a superior screen providing a better 3D effect (albeit more pixelated), better speakers and a better battery.

I bought mines @ a GameMania Store for €205,-

Yeah, I wish that still was available or I ordered it back when it was available. Though at the time I didn't think I would like this Zelda as much as I do, that is why I bought it anyway, made back €55,- by selling the Zelda game code and the Mario 3D Land promotional code. So in the end not a bad deal. At the moment getting it for less than €219,- in a shop here in the Netherlands is not possible.
