This event makes absolutely no sense.
I think it's just an excuse to show off how awful Nintendo commercials are...like any of us could forget.

Even worse is why don't they just make it online (over the net) so you don't have to run around with it all over. I know literally one person with one, he plays his at home, I play mine at work when I have downtime, so literally no use for it. Streetpass has been the least used thing on my 3DS and unless you're under 21, I can't see any significant amount of people having one who are in close proximity to you at any given time.

Shame too considering I have a lot of games with that functionality, but no way to use any of it, because of the flawed delivery system is uses.

Streetpass or die! I wonder how well this event will go. Last time I went to Best Buy their connection sucked. I'm glad I can just Homepass whenever I feel like it.

I bought my 3DS at launch, and looked at the streetpass stuff on day one...and never again.
I have never streetpassed even one person.

It's definitely a useless idea unless, yeah, you're still in highscool.

No. I dont even work in a office. I even get StreetPass while Driving. When I also go to the Mall I get a ton. And at college I get a lot too.
