Hacking Getting a 4.5 or Below 3DS XL via ebay.com

So, guys I been looking for a 3DS XL nearly 1 month but its getting very tough for me to get one with 2012 copyright on it or early 2013 model as I live in Asia. I got my Gateway 3DS just few days ago & cant wait any longer..
I know its much to ask but is there any of you guys who can help me getting one via ebay.com(USA), I specially looking for a Target Black Friday 3DS XL.. Although I can buy one online but there is very slight possibility to get 4.5 or below & it would be very hard for me to get another one.
Would be deeply grateful if any of you guys can help me out getting one via ebay USA...

Try searching on Ebay for "3ds xl firmware". This will give you auctions where people actually post the firmware in the description and a lot of them are selling a 3DS that will say "Gateway OK". If you don't get exactly what they advertised, you can always file a claim. Be sure to check if they are shipping internationally since you are in Asia.

no buddy, i dun need international shipping, there are some importer of our country lives in USA. I can only order them to buy 3DS online like Ebay or Amazon.

I searched and most of seller give them in bid. They gets pricey the last hour of bid. Most of which sells lower than 150$ have certain issues. I need one from Target black Friday offer which I can get online but I need brand new one(2012 copyright).
