because its a crappy clone with no support. so, you should come to the conclusion that there is no reason to purchase it.
crappy clones mean they won't get dsi/3ds firmware bootloader updates. it also means their official kernels are bad or run a very (VERY) old hacked version of wood, back when it was still open source (v1.20-ish). there could also be issues such as dldi patching, so some (or a lot) of homebrew won't work. as far as i can remember, the clone you are asking about was receiving updates from retrogamefan. so it may be able to run all ds games. if that is your only concern then i would research if he supported it and then make your decision. just know that everyone here who knows something about this hobby will tell you its a bad purchase.
