Hacking Confirming something with NeoGamma

I am burning Animal Crossing - City Folk on a DVD-R with ImgBurn at 4x speed. Can NeoGamma read the disc? Can someone tell me if I am doing anything wrong?

d2x is always recommended. You can install the recommended version(s) of d2x using ModMii.

This is the recommended cIOS for 99% of games. Animal Crossing should work just fine with this cIOS. It's what I use. It should be noted that base IOS38 is required for USB keyboard support with Animal Crossing.

Stick with DVD-R. DVD+Rs can work, but depending on your burner you may have to screw around with changing the booktype. That involves figuring out your exact model of burner and ...just use DVD-Rs. DVD-Rs should be easier for your Wii to read anyways.

Also you'll need to have a Wii capable of reading burned discs to begin with.

That's what I was gonna mention.

If you have a Wii that's any color but white, it's not gonna read burned discs. If you have a white Wii, it could go either way. The older the Wii the better chance you have.
