hi, i had i day 1 zombie u bundle.. i have downloaded must of my game of Nintendo eshop..
now i have buyed Another Wii u.. can i tell Nintendo this,and i can redowload my game for free..so they can transfer my game from the stolen wii U to my new,i have the serial number for the old and new, and i have my nintendo network premium ID for the stolen one , i can go on my computer and log in to my old.. what can i do, i ask you people all round the World.. i live in sweden and we dont have a Nintendo club anymore.. sory my bad English,and if its on wrong topic

I would agree with this, if you have the proper paperwork proving it was stolen then maybe Nintendo would do something to help you out. Although I don't think they are obligated to do anything.

You might be able to claim it though your insurance if Nintendo won't help.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo has handled similar cases before by just transferring everything to a new device upon being shown a police report.

Depending on your situation, filing a claim with insurance should be a step in this process too. If there is home owners insurance or renter's insurance, this type of loss is usually covered.

I believe what they generally do in these types of situations is to give you credit for all the purchases that were made. I am not sure what type of evidence they would seek first, but once you get the credit you should be free to download your purchases or go ahead and use it to buy different games at your discretion.
