Just googled pc racing games and found this. These are the lasted racing games for pc. LOL What a joke! Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo > any racing games on PC.

Project cars isn't exclusive to PC so that doesn't mean anything.
GTR2 is for people who only like FIA GT racing. And that list of cars lol.
rFactor is too old for me to care. When it comes to racing, newer is always better.
rFactor 2 only has race cars (which is only a few) except for the 370z. Where the hell are all the street cars?
G27 as in the wheel? I prefer Fanatec.

No other racing game is as polished and complete as GT and FM. On the simulation side, GT is slightly better, but I prefer Forza because of the ability to add decals to you car and make your own designs (ya, I'm into art so I like this shit) Both of those games are near flawless. So many cars and so many great tracks. They're also priced just like every other game, not more. rFactor 2 is ~$44/year or ~$85 one time pay LOL! The game has like 10 cars and most are from companies most people don't even know.
