Hacking If I wanted to buy Gateway 3DS....

I am currently on Version 4.3 U I thought I was on 4.2 U but I was wrong but anyways, I know i'm able to use the Gateway 3DS if I buy it but how exactly would I use it, I don't even know what firmware spoofing is and don't know where to download it if it's useful, please can you guys tell me some info and a site that's trusted.

Thanks for the answers guys but one more thing, I did ask what a firmware spoofer is for gateway 3ds, do you guys know what it is? I'm on V 4.3U on my 3DS and I need 4.5U to play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, I think that a firmware spoofer would allow me to play a 4.5U game on Version 4.3U, do you guys know where I can download it?

Gateway works on 4.1 all the way to 4.5

firmware spooffer means that Game prompted updates are ignored

Firmware on games can be seen here to the far right

because more than just a firmware spoofer are needed (team is working on a fix tho)

yes the Firmware and Region Spoofer are both a part of Gateway 3DS, when you load the file the 3DS goes into Gateway Mode (which is region free and firmware spoofed) but once in that mode you cannot load Retail game cartridges, you can only load the Gateway cart

the Blue card is a R4ids.cn Gold clone card
so runs Wood 1.56 (and only that version sadly) so you get a DS flashcard with it, but you need it to install the exploit on a 3DS 4.1>4.5 version

the Red card is the 3DS flashcard which once the exploit has been loaded plays the 3DS rom that is on the MicroSD that is inserted into it
