Hardware WiiU Zelda Deluxe bundle: To buy or not

Hey guys,

So I bought a white WiiU bundle at 199 from walmart. However, I kind of regretted getting it white, with only 32 gig without a game or the charger.

So I recently preordered the deluxe bundle with zelda included, mostly cause the gamepad looks so awesome. gold lettering on the keys and the writing along the edge.

But I'm debating on whether I should maybe wait for a sale closer to Christmas or something. Kind of disappointed that the zelda bundle doesn't include a physical game or physical book, just a virtual version of both.

Do you think the price will go up for the bundle in the future?

It will definitely go up. Keep your pre-order. The bundle is only a limited edition bundle so a pre-order is the lowest you will probably ever see it.

usually when nintendo says limited they mean it, this bundle wont be on shelves long enough to go on sale.
other wii u's are bound to get cheaper but if you want the wind waker game pad this is most likely your only opportunity.

I was going to get the zelda bundle (although I already have a deluxe and a physical copy of Hyrule Historia). But after finding out it was digital, I was like "Fuck that". I don't even think it comes with a copy of Nintendo Land either. Which if it doesn't, then there's no reason why it can't be a physical copy.

I mean the Zelda HD bundle with the figurine sold out so fast. But this still has preorders available so I figured maybe it wasn't so limited?

The reason they did this is so they could ship the special editions immediately and have them on the shelf as soon as it WWHD went gold. Otherwise they would have released the systems in late October or even November.

I just bought the physical copy.
It's also beared bones without any instruction booklets, not even a quick guide.
I think it's not worth spending so much to have a pimped gamepad.
I agree white control sticks suck.
Also the 32 Gb in the black wiiu is not worth it.
Generally it can hold about 1game...
You are much better off buying an usb stick or hardrive for that purpose.
Better save money for some extra games.
Most third party wiiu game go for about 20~30 euros.

They went on sale in Canada at Target upon launch at $299.99. I only paid $275 though. Honestly, it's a great system, and if it's limited edition, I'd get it. If I hadn't gotten the Aqua Blue 3DS, I would have waited for the Legend of Zelda 3DS and got that one instead.

I would love the Zelda bundle, that controller looks awesome.
But my Deluxe launch model will have to do!
