We get to read a lot about the newly-announced PSVita hardware, meaning the PSVita 2000, the PSVita TV and the new 64GB memory cards, but I haven't found a thread about the games showcased on Sony's pre-TGS stream, so here they are - upcoming games for 2013 and 2014.

If i had moneh i would buy a Vita(Old version cause LCD version sucks) but too much good games are coming for 3DS ;O; (can't stop thinking on Rune Factory 4....)

And now BS Vocaloid fan talk: Project Diva 2nd f is for Vita and 2nd F is for PS3.

EDIT:Btw Vita is getting pretty sick RPGs which i like.

Only interesting game here is Tearaway (which looks really good). Not really one for obscure Japanese games.

Fair enough, corrected, although they're practically the exact same game. :P

I'm pretty pumped for a few of those titles and oddly enough, Tearaway doesn't exactly excite me. I was never a fan of LittleBigPlanet and Tearaway just doesn't seem like my type of a game, really.

I already preordered Gundam Breaker, Sengoku Musou 4 I will most likely get as I'm game for some mindless action, Dynasty Warriors 8 I'm getting in February for PS4. I've played the first Akiba Strip and thought it was very average, I'll skip that. Phantasy Star Nova is a definite buy.

Love Live School Idol Paradise needs to be localized, the anime is licensed by NISA, the niche is interested in it.

I'm surprised Freedom Wars will be shown, I also want that game.

Yeah, there are a ton of games I see here that I would pick up. Some of these and the games coming out later this year for Vita makes me very happy. (And sad because I have a huge backlog of unfinished games for Vita :( ...)
EDIT: Don't forget Foxi, Soul Sacrifice 2 was also confirmed during the event.

Very true - a full-blown sequel to Soul Sacrifice is coming within "less than a year" from Delta's release, from the mouth of Inafune himself. It wasn't showcased though which is why it's not on the list. ;)

1) They are not the same game!!! One has a lowercase "f" and the other one is an uppercase "F". I'm too lazy to find an image saying "IT'S NOT THE SAME!!!!", so I'll leave it at that.

2) I never was a big fan of LittleBigPlanet either; I enjoyed it for the first few minutes, but it got stale very quickly. Now Echochrome was awesome, which is the reason why a PS Vita version doesn't exist yet.

As for the list of games in the first post, that is actually a pretty solid list. Almost every genre is covered, with some well-needed games.

EDIT: I was thinking of cheeseburger helper. Here it is.

That's true, which begs the question why most of those games weren't taken to Gamescom. While a lot of this content is going to stay in Japan, titles like "Soul Sacrifice Delta", "Dynasty Warriors 8" or "Freedom Wars" are obviously going to get localized. That being said, I'm still waiting for "Phantasy Star Online 2" so perhaps I shouldn't start dreaming about "Phantasy Star Nova" just yet.

Hopefully the first Dangan Ronpa game sells so NISA can bring over the next three games (If the "And... Also 3 means Dangan Ronpa 3).
