Hacking usb loader help

Firstly any help or insight is appreciated,

Ok i am having problems loading certain games off of my USB for example SSBB loads a black screen and i have to reset my Wii when i choose to run it using any USB loader and Zack and Wiki boots me back to the Homebrew channel, but some games like Muramasa the demons blade and Mario kart work fine

I have tried re hacking my Wii using letterbomb
I have tried multiple loaders (USB LOADER GX, Wiiflow and uloader) all with the same result
I have tried using pimp my wii to install any missing cios that i may not have
And i have tried forcing using the ntsc options on the loader in case that was the problem

but nothing has worked

If you need to see any logs or something like that to help me I will gladly provide if you explain how to get them as i have no clue (this is my first time modding anything sorry)

I would use ModMii's sysCheck updater (SU) to update the necessary IOS/cIOS files on your Wii, albeit it probably won't fix anything. Your cIOS files look fine even though I can't see which base IOS files they use with the version of sysCheck you used. It sounds to me like the games you're having issues with might be bad dumps. Have they worked in the past?

ok thanks for the help i will download modmii now and try that also i just read the comments for the games i downloaded and everyone is saying they work fine so i don't know about a bad dump (if that is what a bad dump is im assuming its a bad rip off the game thats why it doesnt work)

Choose the sysCheck updater (SU) method. Drag your sysCheck into ModMii, and it will output the remaining instructions. I also recommend running a later version of sysCheck so it knows which base IOS your cIOS249 is using. You want cIOS249 to be using IOS56 as a base IOS.

As for which USB loader you use, I recommend using the latest version of Configurable USB Loader MOD.

Your wii has a bunch of hacked IOS's, this is unnecessary and you should replace all of them with unhacked IOS's.

I install v1042 of IOS36, of course it isn't hacked. Your wii has a hacked IOS36, and cIOS236 (which is another hacked IOS in the 236 slot).

Here's what I would do if I were you: 1. download latest hackmii installer. 2. launch it from the hbc and re-install hbc, if you have the option then install bootmii as boot2 and remove the bootmii ios, otherwise keep bootmii ios. This will ensure that your hbc is up to date and running on ios58. 3. download latest syscheck, run a report/make a log. 4. unhack your system IOS's. 5. open up any title deleter and delete cIOS249, cIOS250, and cIOS251. 5. Re-install your cIOS's (d2x v8 or v 10).

Now as to why you get a black-screen, it's probably because your loader is trying to load the wrong cIOS (one that isn't installed), you can get around this by forcing it to use one of your three existing cIOS's 249/250/251 - however I would strongly recommend installing a full set, and then attempting to play between 245-251 (but 249/250 should work fine I think for SSBB).
