But that's the main problem, the fact you're from china, and is showing a chinese site for buying flashcards is at least to be suspected.

I think it is a good news as ez flash iv has been uncontinued for several months. Many people want to buy and many of our foreigner customers asked me whether we have EZ Flash iV in stock. I just to tell game fans who want to get an ez flash iv a good news, is it wrong?

It wouldn't be any more trustworthy if he was american in my honest opinion... The site itself claims to be from the Netherlands and use euro as their currency. Anyway, I googled the site and didn't find any thing weird with it... scamadviser.com labeled it as highly trustworthy, although I am not sure if I can trust sites that calculate how trustworthy a site can be
