Nintendo announces the 1DS

Nintendo announced the 1DS today, another entry-level handheld system. The 1DS will be available for $99.99 on November 12th (not the same day as Pokemon X and Y) and features a single screen design rather than the dual screens seen on DS and 3DS models. No 3d functionality but otherwise fully compatible with all 3DS and DS games.

The new Nintendo 1DS system brings the features of the Nintendo 3DS, minus 3D viewing, to your Phone or TV. And the price makes the world of Nintendo games even more accessible.

Nintendo.... this is perfect, everything you do is perfect. I'm going to buy two of these and combine them with duck tape. But, no Vectrex support? come on! Also... WHY NO 2ND ANALOG STICK!?!?!?!?!?!?!
