hi guys. lately i have been thinking of selling my 3ds and getting a 3ds xl but should i?
the reasons way i was actually thinking of this is because of the screen (
of course lol ) and that the fact the i have big hands and its getting annoying for me to play on the 3ds :( but i'm scared of getting it because i heard people say that its harder to see the 3d effect and that it was easier to see the 3d effect ( i don't know if this is real or not but i want to make sure )

so please help me choose .
thanks

Since the screen is bigger, the 3d effect would actually be better, cause of the larger screen. :nds:

I switched from 3DS to 3DS XL and i think its very much worth it!
I think the 3D is much better and i found myself replaying some games just because the overall experience is way more immersive and actually easier on my eyes because of the larger screen.
But you have to be aware that the 3D doesnt work the same for everybody, thats why you see so many different opinions .... so it would be better for you to test it yourself at a store.
The console fits better on my hands and its more comfortable and probably you will love it more because its great for people with larger hands.
Other things i love about the 3DS XL: the screen quality its way less reflective and that helps with the 3D experience and the plastic used on the console may look cheaper at first but actually it doesn't get scratched so easily like the regular 3DS.

If you switch to the XL dont forget to do a system transfer so you can keep whatever titles you have on your current 3DS

Happy gaming!

The same as the guys above me, totaly worth it.
You should have created a poll, it would be better, you would have a better notion of the general opinion.

Yea you should it's a really big difference it's the opposite of how the DSi to DSi XL was instead of the games being upscaled and looking more pixilated they look like all games where made with the 3DS XL in mind, they all look really good.

If you were just buying a system now, I'd recommend an XL, no doubt. But since you already have one and your issue is it feeling too small in your hands, it may be more economical to try adding a circle pad pro or one of those extended batteries with grips on them instead of getting a whole new system.
