Hacking Wii forwarder channels to vWii forwarder

I have a few Wii forwarders that I would like to use for the vWii but I don't know how to change them and don't know if the same ones that worked for the wii would work for the vwii (didn't want to chance on bricking)

here they are
(s'cuse the lag on the video it plays smoothly on the console)
and if anyone wants to edit these so that they work on vWii by all means go right ahead

just curious - worm28 did you actually test these on your own vWii to verify they wont brick the vWii ?

Nope. It's up to the user to make sure that the wad is stable. My suggestion is to install it on a real Wii that has Priiloader/Bootmii and see if the System Menu still loads.

The only one i have tested so far is the universal usb loader forwarder i used to test and added to the download. I dont know where sketch2k278 got the forwarders i downloaded them from his link. Later i will test them as i dont want to be responsible for bricking anyones console.

k kool. but what if something installs fine on the wii and you dont notice that if you're switching through banners with just the + and - buttons, this freezes the wii because of the size of the banner itself,
what effect will this have on the vWii ? (brick vWii for good? as we would have to restart the wii when it happed on wii.

resize the tpls to 80 or 90% the original size
but don't change the brlyt that way it will still be normal size in the banner as the brlyt will stretch the pic for you

its a 87 frame RLTP anim like a gif
each tpl is 160 x 240

It would be the same as on the Wii. This doesn't touch the banner, just the nand loader.

If that was the case on a Wii, it should be the case on a vWii. However, I still recommend either trying it on a real Wii or Dolphin, as I do with all forwarder channels. The Wii U has 0 brick protection.

I actually have two forwarders that freeze while scrolling with + and - they are snes9xgx and genplus gx both animated have to pull the dam plug, but it reboots just fine no brick.

Any chance u could re-up these? I love sketch2k278's forwarders, I use Zelda Gold wiixplorer forwarder and change my WiiFlows forwarders with the season's since I found them on DU. They're excellent.
