Well a good start could be stop crying about everything. ;O;

EDIT:

Ok, real advice, stop crying about everything. Really. This is the fucking internet, you don't need to get your panties in a bunch every time someone tells you that the story in B/W sucks ass shit and FF XIII is the shittiest game on the planet. People will always have different opinions from you, if you can't handle that then get off the internet. It's as simple as that.

tl;dr respect others opinions instead of crying about it. ;O;
tl;dr the tl;dr, I beg you don't cry :gun: ;O;

Hmm inner peace first of all, be calm listen to music out of the old box so you get the nostalgic feeling.

Then eat something you like and drink something nice. I am the silence itself when I'm on my own. What I do is listen to music constantly(Video Games OST's and kpop) and talk to my friends I like. Thats all I know for now. ^_^

Else lie down on your bed and empty your mind.(Not like Patrick Star from Spongebob, you'll become a cow then) then when it's empty you either fall asleep or you'll restart thinking, try to think about something you can look forward to. For example a new game release or whatever.

The secret is not to be annoyed by your surroundings. :P I believe in you! :3

If that doesn't help, start a new world war and destroy everything. Nothing can annoy you now! ;O;

I believe it's about choice. Just like you decide to get up in the morning and eat breakfast, then you decide to not be angry and miserable. Of course, smoking pot and/or playing a Castlevania game wouldn't hurt either.

You are young, healthy, English speaking, male, from a comfortable family background and living in a wealthy country.

Other than your being in the most likely to be mugged category you doubtless have one of the easiest lives in the world. Now without a frame of reference you are unlikely to be able to do much with that knowledge seen as you have not ever been otherwise and your only basis for a comparison is to those in a similar position. It is important though so it is mentioned.

My personal method for this involves dismissing all other humans as toys and the realisation that the only things I care about are continuing to live and learning some more stuff. I am in the same position as you (young, health, English speaking....) and as such it is pretty hard for me to die/not continue living quite happily. It was not hard to learn enough to ensure that I was always able to get more to learn either.
Couple that with a basic understanding of probability and mathematics and it gets even better. Lesson one there is a George Carlin quote - "Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.".

What then is left to cause you aggro?

... You're right.
Thanks, Certainly got me thinking here.

Hello, usually when I listen to calm music or do anything to relax myself, I realize that I need to calm down and change for a bit.

Yeah i'm doing it now

Go into acupuncture for stress relief therapy. Its basically they stick you full of needles, shut out the lights, and let you zone out listening to soft music.

I used to fear needles too. I don't even care now. Seriously. I shat bricks on the first day. And now, it's like STICK ME WITH MOAR.

Not to mention my insurance also lets me go in for a one hour massage, twice a week. ^_^
