So are we gonna need a new PSN for the PS3 different than the PSN for PS3 does anyone know? I know that we have to have PS Plus for Online play but would that mean we need a new PSN or we can use our old PSN we just have to buy PS plus separate?

Nope, since MW2 is a PS3 game and PS4 cannot play any PS3 games. You'll have to wait and see what Gaikai has in store.

It's a service that Sony has planned to let users stream their PS3 games to the PS4 (and possibly Vita). Right now it's unknown how it will work though.
I see what would be the point of keeping your old PSN then if you can't play PS3 games on it because the PS3 PSN only has to do with the PS3 so having a PS3 account tyed to a system that won't even play PS3 games seems pointless. So what's the use you get to keep your PSN name?
Well chances are most people are going to be keeping their PS3, since no BC. So you can sign into both systems with the same name and your trophies will probably carry over. Your friends list will also carry over.
Okay I looked it up, users will be able to stream their Playstation, Playstation 2, and Playstation 3 games to Playstation 4 and Vita (through remote play). So not just PS3 games.
Why would your trophies carry over to the PS4 if you cant even play those games with trophies on the PS3? If we do keep our original PSN we should have some way to play PS3 games like Gaikai.
Not going to happen, like I said the PS4 has a different architecture (x86) and it won't be able to play the previous games since they were written for the cell architecture of the PS3. The games may be playable through a streaming service like Gaikai, though chances are you'll be buying the games again.
Only for aesthetics really, they'll probably count towards your trophy level on the PS4.
Are we going to have access to there entire gaming library or just games Sony wants us to play and do we pay per game or per month?
Well we keep our original PSN and PS3 trophies on Vita and you don't see many of us playing PS3 games on our Vitas.
