Unfortunately, no. Once you run a game, it becomes yours. Unless you live in Germany, and they win their lawsuit, you can't trade your games.I bought a steam game and It doesn't run that good on my pc can I trade it or sell it?
Nope. Steam TOS (the one you were supposed to read when you opened the Steam account) clearly states that the game is registered to your account permanently, except Germany (I think, basically lawsuit that legalize selling used digital game).I bought a steam game and It doesn't run that good on my pc can I trade it or sell it?
I believe they just went to court recently, so it won't be legal until it after it ends, assuming that Germany wins, and if they do, it'll probably not be until at least next fiscal year.Nope. I remember that. Or something similar. But don't be one of those guys, who sues/gets refunds for everything. Those guys are dicks.I saw a story about a guy who was able to get a refund because the game he purchased didn't run, but I can't remember where

idk if it will help, but try contacting steam customer support?I bought a steam game and It doesn't run that good on my pc can I trade it or sell it?
Yea they are much worse then the pirates that are the majority of this forumI remember that. Or something similar. But don't be one of those guys, who sues/gets refunds for everything. Those guys are dicks.
You've never known anyone who would go to a store that buys games, plays the whole game, then returns them for a full amount? That's worse than piracy, because that's premeditated dickishness.Yea they are much worse then the pirates that are the majority of this forum
What game is it? What processor and graphics card do you have? And how much RAM? I'm curious now.I bought a steam game and It doesn't run that good on my pc can I trade it or sell it?
Your computer failed to run a $3 game? Damn, it must be made of stone.I see another person fell victim to the Steam Sale and gave into the wrong deal. I personally bought a game I can't run, but at least I'm only out $3 until I get a computer that has an actual graphics card, or, you know, any laptop with a chip set much newer than mine would work too. Another game disagrees with my chip set too, but that's for entirely bypassable reasons (I'm looking at you, The Witcher Enhanced). Regardless, you are stuck with your bad decision. It's one of the consequences of digital purchasing.
Though, do go ahead and toss out your specs and the game that isn't running well. If you believed it should have run at moderate settings okay, there's likely someone here who can either help you, or confirm that you made a bad purchase.
Dude, during Steam sale all kind of games get massively discounted. Alan Wake is a good year old, and was barely 3 USD IIRC.Your computer failed to run a $3 game? Damn, it must be made of stone.
