Pssh -- plenty of people have used stolen logins to services or done end runs around restrictions (hell magnet links pretty much count here), plenty of piracy groups have borrowed the work of others (a few game devs have even been caught using the pirate fix) and depending upon how you want to look at it a lot of the scene stuff should not have made its way outside the scene setup.

Now if you were going to pirate the pirate scene model we might have something to talk about.
