Apple How can I setup a personal hotspot using my iPhone? (Animal Crossing)

My iPhone 5 is on 6.1.2 and is Jailbroken in case there is a method to doing this with jailbreak.

I'm just looking to make a connection with my phone under the name "Bestbuy" so I can get those exclusive items that are 30+ miles away from me.

I tried personal hotspot under cellular setting but it seems to be asking me to call att or go to their website, I guess its not under my current plan and I would have to pay extra for it.

Any way through jailbreaking then if there is no apple way of doing it?

Gonna have to Jaibreak as its a Service they charge u for.....im not Sure if At&t will limit ur plan or not as my iphone is on a Pre Paid plan but there are several apps to make a hotspot....

I'm obviously not gonna go into detail about jailbreaking here but can you give me a name at the very least? What would I use?

JB - TetherMe, MyWi are two on iOS off the top of my head.

Last I heard 3rd party tethering is a violation of the ToS/T&C so you may want to read up on that..

I dont think you can do it with your phone anyway because iPhones force you to use a security key, and the fake hotspot wont work unless theres no security.

I was told the security part doesnt matter at all as long as the name matches up. I'll report back here to confirm if you like.
