Today, SEGA is proud to announce that Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F is headed West! The game will arrive this August on both PlayStation 3 and Playstation Network in North America!

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F is a rhythm game featuring 38 unique songs, including popular tracks like Tell Your World and Black★Rock Shooter. Players can create and share their own Miku videos in “Edit Mode”, and can customize the popular diva with over 90 different costumes and accessories. Being the first console game released for the franchise in the West, Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F will include all of the updated graphics, additional songs, and features of the Japanese version.

A demo is being released for the NA PSN shop next Tuesday. The EU version will be digital only.
I don't know what to say. #PS3MASTERRACE?

I guess it makes sense after that Facebook thing, but I'm still somewhat surprised. I own the game already anyway, so I don't really care tbh.

Sega treated Miku well unlike how Scamco did with Idolm@ster in the US, Scamco went off the deep end of diarrhea, releasing the three Im@s rhythm games only on the Ios (WTF), and at $55 a pop, unforgivable.

OMGOMGOMG SO EXCITED
The Japanese PS3 version came with a Vita DLC code for the extra songs, I'm hoping that this'd come with something like that, but it seems unlikely.

Don't forget making a lot of songs as DLC that were in the original PSP game and were free.

Everything is too weaboo for you (at least idol related)
HOLY MOLE!
Good to hear but... I don't have a PS3 ._.
Well I'll wait for Project Mirai then...
Buy a PS3, it will make you feel better! Plus who knows how long you may wait for that game...since it all depends on Project Diva F!

Oddly enough, I enjoy Miku games to an extent, so I'm going to treat this as good news. At the end of the day, it's just a DDR-Like minigame under the veil of a full release with some catchy tunes. :)

This is really unexpected. I wonder just how Sega is going to deal with the lyric of each song?

And please bring Project Mirai (3DS) to US/EU too.
