Same thing happening with me. I got Minis on the Move and the two Oracle games on the same day. Got the Minis survey in a matter of minutes. I have yet to see the Oracle games surveys.
You should be getting the surveys asking what made you purchase it. Liberation Maiden I got 5 coins for the survey, and I have the post-play survey to do right now.
