We've known this for weeks already, haven't you watched the directs?
It started when 2013 started, LM2 being the first title to celebrate the year of Luigi. Everyone knows this, plus other regions will shortly get the message as usual.

It's like creating a USN thread for every Swapnote/Letterbox stationery out there, it clutters up the forum. We've received these kind of messages a few times before and while fun they're nothing special. Post in the Swapnote thread about it instead.

Just don't buy the games then, LM2 is awesome and Mario&Luigi is looking pretty promising. Other than those two the only other Luigi specific title is Wii U DLC.
It's not like we're getting a ton Luigi titles and nothing else.
