I doubt these will hit other regions, but who knows?

I'm still waiting for Hulu Plus. I'd love it if Amazon Cloud Player or Video would make an app for the 3DS.

yea, the more worrying thing it that these where pushed to the console, you did not agree to anything, you just get a present appear and its starts downloading
maybe something in 5.0.0-11 allowed them to update and add items without having to make you agree

If I remember, that's been in the firmware for a while. It was just never used. Much like how it'll download updates unless to don't have WiFi on.

I'm okay with them adding things. If something gets removed, though....
