Pokemon X/Y reveal next week

According to a preview to the Japanese show, Pokemon Smash, Junichi Masuda (GameFreak) will be in person on next week's episode to showcase a new Pokemon. Following the preview, the Pokemon Facebook updated its status telling fans to, "wait until next Saturday for Pokemon X/Y news". The "reveal" will be posted world-wide all at the same time, as Nintendo deems this as something SUPER important. So, put your hype hats on and board the S.S. Hype, folks, here we go.

Maybe they're bumping up the release date before October? That would be great. :3 Or they could be releasing Pokemon Z along-side X and Y. We still haven't received Pokemon Grey 1 or 2, so they still owe us 2 DS games as well.

Well, considering the fact that they've made logos with those two letters, I highly doubt they'll change at the last minute. Not like they have any reason to anyway. Plus, it bears both significance to the axes and chromosomes, which is pretty neat imho. Furthermore, they've been referring to it officially as X and Y.

Worth adding to the OP that, according to Pokebeach, the reveal will come in the form of both a new trailer showing a new pokemon and Masuda appearing on smash for a secret reveal.
The official English site will probably update with the trailer simultaneously.

Who knows. The way they have hidden sylveon's type, I would think it will be the first showcasing it. Did you see the eevee evos image posted by the Pokemon comany.

It's not impossible. It could go either way. This is why the next update is very exciting.
