Problem with Wii U1s image in my TV

I don't know what is happening... I just bought a Wii U and when I turned it on for the first time I noticed that the image in my TV is just not right. I can barely see anything, text is too difficult to read, I literally have to get 30 centimeters from the TV so I can see anything.
