Hacking 3DS Xl Ver 4.5.0-10u

Hello everyone im wondering if I can hack my 3ds xl on ver 4.5.0-10u. I just want to be able to play roms off my 3ds, DS and if possible 3DS more or so just for rom hacks of current pokemon games I own on the DS. Is this possible? Is there flash carts i think they're called for the 3ds on this version?
Dont know anything about the 3ds and hacking sorry if this is a dumb question.

You can buy a flashcart. The Supercard DSTwo is recommended. As the sticky threads on this board say, nothing yet plays 3DS roms.

Ace 3ds PRO,Which can play only one genuine 3DS GAME,but this card are not available now .. maybe we just can wait
