And the lies and name calling continues. Oh Well, I love you too.
Yeah, no sense in rising to his bait. He can't help it.

Yeah, no sense in rising to his bait. He can't help being a self-entitled twit. The name-calling and tell me to f**k off sure brightened my day!
OK, here is what the 'self-entitled twit' tells you then - for you, the 'self-entitled twit', to stop using my software then.
I think that is only fair since I am at least producing something for free for your ungrateful ass to consume.
BTW - this is what happens when you and nintygaming push developers to the edge - you and nintygaming have brought this on to yourself. It's about time you two realize just how borderline insane both of you are acting half of the time. I've tried to be nice about this but there is just no end to it and I no longer feel like pretending there is no issue when there is.
BTW - I don't really feel like posting on this board anymore - so whatever. If ToadKing still wants to stay around in this forsaken wasteland - he can choose to do so.

Well at least ToadKing is much nicer.
Its so much easier to just request help if your a coder. I mean, you and I are essentially bug testers, but, if a coder is feeling overwhelmed with bug reports, then a simple "For this particular bug, would you mind helping me with the code?" would be all that's needed. Its so much easier on the nerves to just ask NICELY. I mean, if you are a coder, and you ask for help in a nice manor and the bug tester or non-coder declines, then its easy to just say "Ok, thanks anyway, hope you reconsider". That's all that needs to be said. All this fussing and hating just makes things worse. I've been nice virtually 100% of the time. A lesser person would have stomped his face in a long time ago. Thank God I'm not that kind of person anymore. Kindness is always the best approach. Even if someone physically beats him down, it won't change his attitude, it will probably make him worse later on.
Well at least ToadKing is a kind individual.
Well, I don't blame either of you for thinking that way, we treated you like crap and there's nary a thing we can do to reverse said damage, but I can tell you this, I will learn how to program and eventually I can contribute to the emulation scene. I said my piece, my job here is done. *Sigh* There ya have it. I don't expect to be forgiven for my stupidity and incessant nagging, but it is what it is I guess.BTW - ToadKing thinks you're just as nutty as I do (and selfish) - sorry but it's the honest to God truth - one thing about me is that I never, ever lie.
Rage-quitting? Really? I said that I would take a look at the source code of Tantric's emulators, learn the programming languages and experiment with it, but if me stating that pushes over the edge, so be it. Long gone are the days when simply ignoring seemingly grating or otherwise defamatory comments was the best solution. Look, I obviously can't undo anything I've said, but I can tell you that RetroArch Wii is my emulator of choice and will be preferred over Snes9x GX due to various reasons. That is all I am saying at this point. You want to rage-quit, fine, I can respect the fact our being on here is a hindrance and of no worth. I will take it upon myself to learn programming, but not for the sake of placating anyone, but for future reference.

Why let myself get treated like shit by the people who I am supposedly coding this software for when I could be doing better things with my time? You guys apparently 'value your time' and don't want to waste it - well then, perhaps I should be thinking about not 'wasting my time' as well- especially when that time is being spent on people who don't seem to deserve it.

I don't care what ether one of you think. I - like the_randomizer - still love these emulators regardless if fool(s) are coding it. Heck look at me, I'm a fool once again for responding. No surprise there.
I'd highly suggest closing your issues page and/or deleting the Wii Retroarch thread altogether because its obvious that you (and possibly your buddies) don't want to hear about issues altogether and want all of us users to magically turn into God-like coders.
Let's cease this argument, it's getting nowhere and making my head hurt.Lier's are always the one's who claim they never, ever lie - as evidenced by your erroneous claims regarding my non-existent requests and/or badgering.

Calling the guy who butters your bread a 'liar' and a 'fool' while you are too lazy to do anything except exercise your end-user right to 'file enhancement issues' - hey I love you too (but not very much or at all right now).
Keep it up - you're making my decision all the easier. You're illustrating my point perfectly.
Ignore those guys, and keep the motivation ahead on what makes you "code". I'm looking to see what you guys at libretro team can do, and have done. For I, am very grateful and keep up the great work...- and motivation. There will be always pests around, so ... that's it.
Now, you've been way too nice by listening to every damn opinion/improvements the emu should have from users. I suggest an overall weekly/monthly poll to gather the best ideas around end users, to be included on the software / framework you're developing.
No need to get worked up over this. Its obvious that LibretroRetroarc cannot fix the stuff that we mentioned (hence taking out his frustration on us instead) so there's no need to mention it anymore. Perhaps we can figure it out, but that's a big "perhaps".
Nah son, it's more like it's stupid stuff that we don't want to include.
I have been very considerate given your requests for these display options (that all centre around some niche '240p video mode' that even Nintendo no longer gives a crap about) - if you had asked maister the same questions, he would have laughed straight in your face - I at least tried to consider it [the auto VI mode changing], but it is really not something we want to do or something that would be 'scaleable' across the various cores we have.
