But horse meat actually tastes pretty good. (although, maybe spiders are tasty as well)
Besides, there used to be a restaurant in the Netherlands that served horse steaks without mentioning they were horse. (after the horse meat incident it does say so) They tried replacing the horse meat with beef a couple of times, but people complained that it tasted worse than before.
