Nintendo knows their own architecture better then anyone else, so their games are always really small.

Dillon's Rolling Western and Denpa Men are 44-47MB, while some games like Mighty Switch Force and Order Up take up 300-400MB

lol 3D games arnt small
3DS Ware wise, the biggest one I have currently downloaded is Crimson Shroud, which is 1961 blocks, besides that most of the downloaded games are quite small, Denpa Men is only 379, Pullblox 167, Aero Porter 263, Sweet Memories Blackjack 685, etc... However the demos for the games are mostly ranging the 1000 blocks, so I'm guessing the full games are quite bigger.

Taking into account that Guild 01 in Japan was just one cartridge, I'm guessing the original size in blocks would be roughly 5000 with the three games on it...

I'm thinking that would be the average size for most 3DS games... Mario games, besides Mario RPG ones, are generally quite small most of the time.

Super Mario 3D land is 2328

GBA VC average around 160
Nes VC average around 40
Gameboy average 60
Gameboy Colour is average 75
Is there a thread for the block sizes of games?
It could be useful for people to know, I guess.

sorry isn't that 1MB = 8 block ?
so 7000blocks (7003 blocks actually ) = 7003 / 8 = 875MB

Animal Crossing: Jump Out – 8,192 blocks
Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics – 4,096 blocks
Mario Kart 7 – 8,192 blocks
Mario Tennis Open – 4,096 blocks
Super Mario 3D Land – 4,096 blocks
Pilotwings Resort – 1,024 blocks
Hana to Ikimono no Rittai Zukan (3D Encyclopedia of Flora and Fauna) – 8,192 blocks
Star Fox 64 3D – 5,120 blocks
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D – 4,096 blocks

4 blocks = 1MB
make sure your not getting mixed up with MB & Mb, very different sizes

Are you sure 4 blocks = 1MB ??

according to below , 1MB = 7.99 Blocks ~~ 8 Blocks

thats makes 7003 blocks PES2013 = 875MB

======
Last week, Nintendo of Japan confirmed during a Nintendo Direct presentation that a list of current 3DS titles would soon be available for download from the Nintendo eShop. It's good to see Nintendo pushing their retail games as digital downloads, but just how much space will they actually take up on your SD card?
As you can see below, Nintendo has revealed the file sizes for each of the games that will be made available to Japanese gamers on November 1st. Some are bigger than you might expect them to be, such as Animal Crossing: Jump Out and Mario Kart 7, which will each take up 8,192 of your precious blocks.

im just going off WarioWorld.com information

it takes about 4 blocks to equal 1 megabyte. So the total Wii system memory (512MB) is equal to a little over 2,000 blocks.

i believe wii block is not the same as 3ds blocks.

as i stated before

4.26 GB = 4362.24 MB * 8 = 34897.92 block

and in 3ds shows 34904 block free, which confirms 1MB=8 blocks (7.99 to be exact)
