Mentioned in the shoutbox the other day I found someone will to trade me a gamecube setup for New Super Mario Bros U. Glad to say it went through, and I came out with..

Purple Gamecube
SD Media Launcher w/ Disc
Wavebird controller w/ Receiver
Super Mario Sunshine
Wario World
True Crime New York City
Luigi's Mansion
Super Smash Bros Melee

These are of course burned games. I have a 32GB SD card I'm currently using for SD loading games. (Also found out in Swiss you can also use the SD Media Launcher as a memory card.) The only issue I have is that the left analog stick nub is a bit chewed on the Wavebird. I'm assuming I can get a replacement nub/stick when the time comes?

I'm off! Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker needs me. Wonder if this is any good in Widescreen mode.

Im assuming its not just as easy as having a memory card with an SD slot filled with ISOs? Is it?

It is. The only thing you're missing is an Action Replay, or a SD Media Launcher Disc. I had a AR that I was going to use, but turns out I didn't need it if you were interested in buying one.

You didn't happen to do this trade with a small child or an imbecile did you?

So one of these:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/SD-Gecko-Gamecube-Wii-Adapter/dp/B003CZ8R7S/

and one of these:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Datel-Action-Replay-Gamecube/dp/B00006FRDA

Plus a gameube and an SD card and your good to go?

Think its time to go shopping

Yep, and you're all set. The Action Replay autoboots into a SD Media Launcher mode once it detects there's a SD Gecko in one of the memory card slots.

Oh bleh, you need a non SDHC memory card. The SD Media Launcher software only works with a 2GB SD card or lower. Once you boot up Swiss you can swap the 2GB one out for a large sized one.
