Those three are decent, but there are plenty of better rom hacks out there. I remember Light Platinum being pretty okay, back when I used to be a frequenter of Pokecommunity.

The ruby destiny games are ones that come to mind. I don't really remember many hacks, and most that I do, have been cancelled for years. Maybe Eruption, Toxic Purple, or Rijon adventures are still around. Those were good hacks.
