What is your current view On Music Today?

2000 I think its alright, but I Vividly Prefer 90's Reason why?... Because it was the most amazingly Somewhat cleanest Songs/videos, but now Its a mess Sorta.

My Rating on Some Mainstream music (Not all) today. Some MainStream music is good, But overall its Crap I have found Somewhat Good MainStream music, Im was just judging of what I had heard So far, But the answer is Do I Prefer this music over the 90's or 80's?... HELL NO!!!.

Pop/Video- Good.

Rock/Video I don't really know-Idk. (I never really seen much of rock videos only heard on radio, but I already done heard some good rock songs on the radio, So ill rate it Good sorta for now .

Hiphop/Video Gotten worse- Its losing its original Touch :'(.

Country/Video-Good.

R&B/Video-Good.

Most music today is just assembly line crap. Stuff that gets on the radio is hooky shit that record companies know will sell. It has no substance but it's catchy and a lot of it panders so the average musically-uneducated joe will eat it right up, because they'll be like "omg, this is my theme song"

I hate all music on the top whatever list. I do listen to modern music, but mostly non-mainstream rock. I know that sounds hipster like but mainstream rock like Nickelback is just terrible.

Almost all music today is complete crap. Sometimes movie soundtracks are good and some singers are good like Michael Buble, but entire genres need to seriously be put in the toilet and flushed already.

Anything top whatever is terrible. I hate the radio, unless its classic rock.
Stuff like up and cumming dubstep is mostly any tween with a macbook and garage band so thats all house apples. Some of its not bad, but most of it is recycled trash that is still just trash.

The genera that i mostly stay in is metalcore, which while i have dug myself into a deep and narrow vien of specificity, the things the come out of the "melodic death metal core" breed is pretty tasty.

I would love love love some good metalstep or something that isnt lamb of gay remixed.

Obviously opinions are going to differ because people will hate on any genre that isn't their favorite, but I don't think music today is bad at all. Sure, there are some terribad songs out there (Gangnam Style, We are never getting back together) but not all songs need some deep philosophical meaning to them. Although some songs do get pretty bad (Kesha).
