1. Adventure
2. Quests
3. Journey
4. Large, wide map to explore, roam and play
5. FUN
6. Rarely puzzles

There are so much that fit the description, but i'm not sure.

I'd suggest Darksiders 2 is the only thing out that fits that description?

From your lists, I would say Darksiders 2 fits the bill pretty well and so does assassins creed
