The shooters. Everything else after that is just circumstance. The gun being there, being easy to get. It doesn't matter as long nobody pulls the trigger. People need to accept that kids can kill, that they can be dangerous because they do not know nor care about consequences.

The U.S. needs to do something about this. They need... a Battle Royale program.
