Possible incoming news about Final Fantasy X HD incoming soon from Square Enix Europe

Hachima Kiko a figure within Square Enix has tweeted "The world will get answers soon, we promise." as a response to a fans question about Final Fantasy X HD. While we have already gotten information that it would be a remastered in HD and that it would be released on the PS3 and Vita, we have no idea if it will add any extra content. To be honest after the announcement for it during the TGS 2011 we haven't recieved much information about it.

I really don't see why they'd choose FFX over another Final Fantasy game. I think Final Fantasy IV would be a great candidate for a HD remake.

Doubt it with IV the complete collection for PSP.
Thats way worth picking up, IV, IV interlude and IV After years were my favourites of the series.

I was being sarcastic.

In all seriousness though I think FFIV is a good story with good characters and I think it deserves a really ambitious ground-up remake with production values like FFXIII. The DS game didn't do it justice and the PSP game, while nice, was still basically a port of the original with better sprites and some extra content.

AHH VII haters gotta love em & their craziness. Seriously tho VII is the best FF ever made. Top 5 games ever made hands down no question no argument. With that said I wouldn't mind if they remade VI because its sweet as well.

I dont hate it, I just dont love it. The game is just overhyped as hell, it really just is <_<. It wasnt even the "Best" FF, it was just the one that got people hooked/their first one.

Because making FFIV in HD would require a complete remake.
Making a PS2 HD remaster is a lot easier, and you know they'll milk money the esaier way possible.

In that case I'd like one of FFXII. I know everyone hates it but it has always been the most interesting one to me. Sure, it "plays itself" eventually but it's Final Fantasy so terrible combat is expected. Might as well have the game do it for me.

I kinda liked the art and designs of FFXII over the rest of the recent entries. Plus the first game does have some issues with stuff like sound mixing that could be sorted out.

FF VI remake for 3ds would be so sweet now that I think about it maybe even 7 8 9 Nintendo can make up for making a cartridge system ala the N64 and missing out on those titles

Probably not FFXI since it's a MMO.

Or was there some announcement on FFXI Vita? I vaguely remember it but I could be wrong.

And yeah, I'd hope although I'd prefer an original Final Fantasy like Type-0 or a Dissidia game on the Vita over anything main series by a longshot.
