I don't think you can. You might be able to find a webstore where you can buy prepaid codes using Paypal though, and use those prepaid codes to get stuff from the eShop.

Usually it does. It could be that you pay something like 21$ for a 20$ card because the webshop want to make a bit more money, but generally the prepaid cards are 20 bucks. I'm not even sure any other amounts exist for the eShop. So yeah, when you register the code on your 3DS 20 bucks should be added to your eShop balance.

But It's worth it for me cause they send me the code.

EShop cards are region specific. Not sure what region applies to the Philippines. Do you have a US, PAL or JAP 3DS?

i have a US 3DS XL... i only want to buy a Code using paypal because i have a lot of credits in my paypal and the eShop games are kinda cheap... because buying a game cost P1700 and thats not cheap at all...

You can buy on eBay using paypal. But make sure you confirm the seller is willing to email the code before buying.

Meh, I know of a few friends who can vouch for maximus, or whatever that online shop was. Also, 3DS units sold in the Philippines are US units but rebranded as ASI region. They still connect to US eshop and play US games and use US firmware, so there really is no difference with regards to US units.

You can try to buy a Card from Play-Asia, they have Japanese and American eShop Cards, and they support PayPal.
They also offer Digital Distribution, so you won't get the card yourself, and you'll get the Code instantly.
