Gaming What ambassador 3DS games haven't been released to the general public?

I think all the NES have been/will be released, but the GBA games have had no mention of release for non-ambassadors.

NES games that have not been released yet:
Balloon Fight
Yoshi
Wrecking Crew
Ice Climber

GBA games are exclusive to Ambassador owners. Not saying GBA games won't come to the shop, but THOSE GBA games are, and should always be exclusive to Ambassadors.

i don't agree, just sell GBA games for $10 so that those of us who didn't have $250 (or cheated), or those of us who waited for the Zelda 25th anniversary system can play some Minish Cap and Metroid Fusion.

Agreed. Ambassadors already got the games for free - there's no reason to withhold them from other users, and knowing life, plenty of 3DS owners would probably want to buy them.

Have you sent in a letter to Sony demanding free games because the PS3 has dropped in price since it's inception?
'Cause you seem self-centered enough to do it, so I'm just curious.

Of course, substitute the PS3 for any and all game systems that you have that have ever dropped in price...

I don't think its worth it to buy an ambassador's system, maybe for collector's worth, but those games are worth nothing.

I entirely disagree. An ambassador system is quite valuable seeing as none of the 20 free games are available for sale. Those games are completely exclusive to ambassadors.

To me, the Ambassador Program was hardly any consolation for the early adopters, but hey - Nintendo has the right to drop the price of their hardware. What I don't like is that the games are exclusive to early adopters when there's no real need to do so - if Nintendo wanted to reward them, they already got them for free. Now, they're like some kind of a bragging right, a good reason for early adopters to gloat about their exclusive content. Well, I'm not going to cry over a few GBA and NES games, as I already have all the games that I'm interested in on those respective platforms so I can emulate them on one of the gajizillion of devices capable of doing so, thank you very much. All this is for Nintendo is a lost sales opportunity - even if the games were to be sold for a few dollars, they'd still sell.

Yes, but you have to hax them, no? On an ambassador 3DS, you don't have to hax anything. This is what, I think, makes them valuable. Of course, you have a right to disagree.

Due to the consoles they were originally on, they include a D-Pad and 4 buttons at most - the average smartphone nowadays allows you to play them, not to mention DSTwo, the PSP, the PSVita (via VHBL or eCFW) or other devices. It's really not a big "catch" to have them in the Ambassador's Program.

The average smartphone's controls suck. I've hacked tons of PSPs for people that tried emulators on the phone and found them almost unplayable.

In addition, the other methods are rarely-known. People who run homebrew and emulators are by far in the minority, you need to keep that in mind.

For the people who buy games legit and don't resort to piracy, the Ambassador Games are fine.

It's foolish to bitch about something you were given for free. Nintendo didn't have to give you anything, companies do price-drops all the time.
