When sites change their layouts in order to fit in new features and be easier to use, that's fine.

But when Youtube fucks it up so bad that their layout becomes non-centered and the size controls on the player are broken for days (fixed a day ago, thankfully), that's a sign of a problem.

I wouldn't say the site looks like Facebook. It just looks hardly modified from the default theme of xenForo which follows a minimalist style. I've got facebook open in another tab and I don't see the resemblance to the forum.

PS: Your name could fit into one line but it would require small adjustments in the ACP to change the width values.

yep, youtube is a mess, it goes straight to "what too watch" instead of your subscription page, there is a way to bypass that, bookmark the subscriptions page and then just put the link in your browser tabs so you can click on that instead of using youtubes homepage.

also when you watch a video, there is a whole blank page of nothing on the left hand side, the whole youtube video is not even centred because of 2 useless features that take up the whole page with no way of removing it
