Hello people i need to share my story with you. I bought 3DS before price cut but since i didnt have wireless internet back then i couldnt connect 3DS on internet and i was stuck being without eShop for some time. When Nintendo announced Ambassador Program, i was hyped because i wanted some GBA games on 3DS. However when i got Wireless and connected 3DS to internet, went to eshop and checked download list, it was empty. I tried going on Europian Nintendo site and typing my serial and they kept saying its not correct. Then i decided to mail Nintendo and tell them about problem. They responded me saying that they will help me and they said me to send them proof of purchase for 3DS so they can check Date when i bought it, to send them my name, adress and serial number. I did all that and they never responded me back and i dont have ambassador program. Is there any way someone can help me?

Wait people say that? Thats a thing?

Its a joke that me and my friends use. But anyways guys could we please focus on the topic. Topic is not about catchphrases about Nintendo characters, but its about Ambassador Program. Is there any solution? Is there any QR code for it? Or can someone send me ganmes if i have his friend code?

Yeah the only thing you'll be able to do is call Nintendo, or hope an email goes through again. Unfortunately, there is nothing a single one of us here that can do anything to resolve it for you, aside from giving you advice (which is going to continually consist of "Contact Nintendo")

you had to be connected to the e-shop before a certain date
you had from launch till August 11th 2011, if you never connected to the E-shop then you cannot get it as your serial would of not registered

assume you sent them a scan of the receipt if you got from the store you purchased

the games do not go in your downloaded list,
they go into your account history

the only thing you can do is contact them and see if you can be put on the list to receive the games/ certificate

So there's no McDonalads or any other place that you could sit in for a few minutes just to get this? They've got hotspots littered all over the place and you're supposedly in Japan where there are many.

Didnt know there was any limit to connect to eshop. Well as it has been said i will contact Nintendo again and hope they will respond like they do most of time

I know it's a bit late to suggest that, but why didn't you just use one of the many public access points? All you really needed to do was connect to the eShop - you didn't even need to buy anything. As for contacting Nintendo, maybe your e-mail just got lost within the bureaucratic machine? Calling them up isn't such a bad idea at all, to be honest.

What is Nintendo's Skype name? And what app can i use to call free over wifi?
I think by call them over skype, he meant call their customer support number or something like that using skype. U can call real telephone numbers like that too, not just skype numbers. I could be wrong however, as im not 100% sure :P
