I'm planning on getting the nintendo 3ds xl on black friday, i did some research and i think that the r4 gold is the best choice for me, where i can buy it, i need a safe site that accept paypal and a fast shipping for usa, what sites do you recommend?

How about r4i gold 3ds from r4ids.cn? You can find one distributor in shoptemp or its official site.I got mine from an US official reseller:gamekool, it worked well on my 3DS.

For paypal you generally need to e-mail the sites for the details, since they don't do it publicly anymore since Nintendo's getting paypal to shut down the shops' accounts (so they need to keep the accounts hidden).
