Finn and Jake wake up one morning to find their trash stolen by the Ice King. Journey through the Land of Ooo in an offbeat adventure and discover perilous dungeons and unimaginable treasures while playing as Finn and Jake in an action-adventure experience.

The gameplay features overworld exploration (in a top view) and dungeon combat (in a side view). Both Finn and Jake are playable separately or in co-operation mode. Finn has the ability to attack with punches or with his sword and can pick up items and enemies. Jake can Shape Change into a wide variety of things, e.g. bridges and boats and can also grow and shrink. They can both perform "Fist Smash," "The Downward Sword-Thrust" and "The Twirling Death Blossom" moves by finding battle abilities. The game will also feature recurring Adventure Time characters and locations, such as The Grass Lands, The Candy Kingdom, Red Rock Pass and The Ice Kingdom.

Alright, so I think this is going to be a really interesting game. The gameplay seems very similar to that of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, which automatically gets a thumbs up in my book. The basic plot seems silly enough to keep a player going for a while, especially if they're a fan of Adventure Time. I know I'll be at least trying it when the ROM is dumped, so I know whether or not I'd like to actually own a copy of the game.

Although...this game IS exclusive to North America. It may not get as popular as it should (if it should be popular at all)...

Someone on gamefaqs played for four hours and had a 74% completion or something like that.
Unless they were lying (no pictures were asked for, or provided), but yeah.

I'm still going to play it at least, haha.

note: the person mentioned above wasn't finished with the games story in four hours, that was just the percentage he was on. And no, that quick time can't be him just "rushing through the game skipping sidequests" because no matter how you look at it, it's still 74% lol

Read up a bit on it. I haven't ever given the show a chance. All these new poorly drawn silly new cartoons don't interest me. I've heard it is well written though, so maybe some day ill give it a chance.

Anyway, seems the Zelda ii similarity is intentional.
That in itself is what drew my attention to the game. I'll definitely give it a go, but I'm still sceptical about adventure time.

What the fuck is Adventure Time?

Adventure Time is a cartoon in the United States (not sure about anywhere else) about the last human and a dog that can change his shape. They live in the Land of Ooo and travel around the land, being heroes.

I've seen a few episodes so I'd understand this game, but I don't generally watch it. However, it's a nice little show. I think the episodes are on Youtube if you would care to take a look.

I recently watched 3 seasons of it and it's a nice show, has nice comedy bits here and there and it's weird listening for killing dying and even drug use mentions on a "kids" show. I see some similarities though of Zelda II and Banjo & Kazooie. Hope it's good

lol I love adventure time it's like my fav cartoon lol albeit I didn't like it in the beginning it's actually grew on me and is very funny I do also enjoy the funny words they use for replacement of others lol

That can always be attributed to early installment weirdness, where the overall plot isn't always fully realized yet and the show specifications haven't been fully ironed out yet.

Again he has a valid point (Locked region in this time and day is a horrible move)
And I almost finished season 3 (watching 1 season per day, I have 3 days since I started it XD ) and I heard that war, I need more details!!!
